The Break of Dawn is the style brand of Wilmasue van Pomeren (born 1965). Within it, she brings together her passion for authentic living and her sense of aesthetics to share with the world. Touch and be touched!

Graduated as a fashion designer/stylist from ArtEZ Art Academy in Enschede (1989), W-Sue has been successful as an independent interior designer/stylist, designer, and trend spotter since 2001, after a significant career in fashion. In 2014, she added workshops for personal development and organized group travel, and she works as an all-round consultant and coach under the company name "The Break of Dawn."

In addition, there is the Girl named Sue webshop (since 2010), featuring the original Mantra bracelets. Spotted by Wilmasue, with her eye for beauty, on her travels.

About the founder.

"The seed of my origin is planted in Australia. At a very young age I was taken from New Zealand to the  Netherlands by my Dutch adoptive parents where I grew up. After my training at the Academy of fine arts I started working in the fashion en interior design industry. My work as a stylist and my searge for my "purpose in life" took me to many places where I found treasures outside, but also inside myself. I would like to bring these both worlds together in Girl named Sue and hope to nourish and inspire you with it, so be inspired & enjoy! "
